Cristo El Redentor

In 2015 the ACTS 29 Latin America team assessed Mitch & Amanda Muñoz who were planting a church in the remote village of Los Chilitos, Guatemala. This church plant came about through an ambition to reach wide with the gospel through cold-faced evangelism. The team arrived in a small, undeveloped location in rural Guatemala with no known contacts and not even a full grasp of the local language. They have since had the privilege of baptizing new believers in the local river and have seen families restored. The village has begun to be transformed as many basic needs are being met through the work of the church.
